Cancellation / amendments / no shows to be intimated 48 hrs. Prior to arrival date, failing which one night retention charge will be applicable.

- Check-in time is 14:00 noon, and check-out time is 11am.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct:

- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to the hotel’s policies.

- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

- Payment is required in full upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made.
